The plan is advertized as 10gb for 25$. My mother have this plan but only get 5gb. I called yesterday on her behalf on my mother and it's was very frustrating. I felt that the CS was not interrested on helping my and wanted to upsell my mother. I just wanted her mobile plan to reflect what is advertized on the website. What should i do? My mother in law have a similar plan with Rogers and calling customer support for elderly is such a charm!
