Why did my monthly mobility bill for May increase from 64.00 to 80.20?

I have a 24 month contract signed in November 2024.  With discounts the price was $64.00 and that is what I was billed every month until I received my May 2025 bill.  It appears one of the discounts has disappeared and the bill has gone up to $80.20.  Why has this happened ?

If you compare the two statements, which discount is missing from the more recent one? I wonder if whatever that discount was happened to be some kind of 6 month promotion.

Hello gordonga, it would seem that 1 of the discount you got was for a limited time, most likely 6 months. Do you have your service agreement? If you do, are you able to locate the offers you got?
