I used to be enthused about Telus , as they HAD good, friendly Canadian support teams. Now, after calling Telus , I am VERY disappointed. Lately, anyone in customer service I talk to has not been local, and difficult to understand at times.
I’m currently on hold and have been waiting over 16 minutes to talk to somebody in customer service with expected wait time of over an hour.
To TELUS: I am very disappointed in your customer service as of late and I can only hope that you will improve this one day. As of now, I will be advising anyone who’s looking for a cell company to contact any other company but TELUS.

Me again.. it’s now over an hour later and I was mis-directed (after giving my info/account) to the wrong department and re-directed again. How can one get mis-directed when you have all the account info and know (as an agent) what type of account one has but yet mis-direct.
