Feedback:

  1. Customer Service Experience:

    • Initially, I was a bit skeptical about switching from Rogers to Telus due to many negative posts about customer service.
    • My actual experience with a Telus customer service representative was excellent, which helped ease my concerns.
  2. Network Quality:

    • Speed and Voice Quality: Both aspects are excellent.
    • Internet Speed on LTE: I turned on LTE instead of 5G, and the internet speed on LTE is so impressive that I feel there is no need to switch to 5G.
    • Device Compatibility: Although my iPhone 16 Pro Max supports both 5G and 5G+, LTE has been more than sufficient.
  3. Overall Impression:

    • My positive experience with Telus has made me confident about my switch from Rogers.
    • I highly recommend Telus if you value excellent customer service and reliable network performance.
