I recently signed up but never received a service agreement, I have chatted and called but no one seems to know why or ? I have signed up with a few providers over the years, always received an agreement. Just seems weird. I am on a bring your own phone plans, has anyone else not received a service agreement?

I got a call from Telus, my sales rep, said he will try to re send it. See if it comes through. Not sure if this is a issue just unusual.
