Received a call from a number showed Telus on the call display. 18443721809.
They were offering us another deal on Telus Mobility. They knew all of our Telus services we had and my cellphone type and model. Is this a legit number or call centre?
Unfortunately call display numbers can be spoofed so even if the number is known it may still be a scam. The only reliable way to know is if they provide you with your account number. Until then it's wise to withhold all information they ask for.
