So I went into the store and got the $100 prepaid with 1yr unlimited long distance.
Telus never added the unlimited for 1 year in the store, my mom has used up all her minutes but it should have been unlimited for 1 year help why do I do now

@Minidiscman 100$ ---- 365 is 400 local calls and 400 texts per year. LD is extra how many $did you put on the plan for LD

The gentleman in the mall had no clue what he was doing, wrote the wrong city and address.
