Hello,
I have just signed up for stream+ and i cannot get TelusTV+ to activate. I click the link to activate and it takes to to stream+ site. when i try to log in it tells me I'm not logged in, or takes me to the login page and i sign in using my TELUS info and it keeps giving errors or telling me I'm not logged in. The other accounts activated with no issues but this one will not activate.
Has anyone had this happen and know if there is a fix?

Just to clarify, there’s no separate activation required for TELUS Films and Series. You should be able to sign into the TELUS TV+ app using the same email and password you use for My TELUS.
