We are travelling to the states and I would like to use my hotspot to provide my kids with internet.  I have a Us/ Canada/ mexico plan . Am I able to use my hotspot in the states without any extra charges ?

I have the Canada/US.Mexic/Caribbean plan that includes hotspot capabilities but cannot set it up while in Mexico. I have spoken to 2 representatives who confirmed that I have that option. They reset network settings twice, I have roaming on, toggled airplane mode, shut down phone, etc and still am not able to configure my hotspot. It works in Canada but not in Mexico. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I got it to work. It has to be plugged into a proper wall outlet (or your computyer) with roaming ON. Hotspot works fine now. Thanks.
