Billing issue

My monthly bill is always the same for

my home services - around $180 and I have monthly billing on my credit card.   All of a sudden on my April Telus statement which appeared as a May charge on my credit card, my bill is $247.88 including a $60 activation fee.   I have a two year plan - this charge is obviously a mistake but Telus has never corrected corrected it.
