After being with Telus for 10 plus years. I am deciding that it's time to cancel my services. Random charges appear and then I waste about 45 minutes trying to contact an agent. One even hung up on me today after I asked them to repeat, they were mumbling so I did not hear the question they asked. Telus customer support has gone downhill and I'm done with it. How do I cancel?
