Little frustrated, trying to complaint here.
Got 2 prepaid plans with 100$ 2GB and unlimited. Every month at the time of renewal, our phones stop working for few hours at the very least - cannot make it receive calls or use data. Facing the same issue right now as I'm writing. It's frustrating, contacted support with same issue last month - no resolution - they don't see any issue with the plan. It happens at 12:00am so no support to reach at that time, by the time you call it's already working.
BUT it's not at night, might work for some people, they are probably sleeping and not expecting any calls. For me, I have family member in the hospital, so my phone should be on 24/7, and this is unacceptable and this is TELUS, not Freedom.
