telus rewards havent worked in a long time... on my phone app or on pc. hwne i go to redeem it says that my account is being updated due to recent chnages on my account or somthing?

Billing Change - No Explanation

My July 2024 bill has gone up slightly over the June 2024 bill. It looks like something has changed with respect to my home phone? It's not a huge amount BUT a simple explanation would be appreciated. Thanks!
