Resolved! I want to switch to telus but

I want to switch over to telus from virgin but also still have until sept 2021 on current contract i was wondering if telus did anything in terms of switching over from another company early

English in Quebec

I live in the province of Quebec and I cannot receive notification and emails in English. Does that make any sense? Other provinces get to choose between French and English, and I am forced to receive everything in French.
