June 2, 2025: In mytelus on my laptop and on the mytelus android app, only my landline account is showing. My mobile account is not displaying anymore. I'd like to be able to view stats and top-up like I was able to before.

No, only my home services account is displaying on the mytelus home page, not my mobile.
