How it Works
TELUS Rewards is a free program that enables eligible new and existing TELUS customers to earn points on their monthly bill and redeem them for amazing rewards. Earn 2% in points for every dollar spent on eligible Home Services, and an extra 2 points every month simply by linking your TELUS Post-paid Mobility account as long as its active! For example, if you spend $100 per month, you'll earn 2 points! There's also an Enrollment bonus just for starting up, and even a bonus on your anniversary! Get bonus points after each year of membership! Awesome!
If you have 2 or more of these products, you're eligible for our Rewards program:
- Home Phone
- Internet
- Optik TV
- Satellite TV
- Pik TV
- SmartHome Security
- A linked Post-paid TELUS Mobility account
How to Sign Up
It's easy! All you need to do is sign up via your My TELUS account. Visit our page HERE and simply click on the green 'Access your rewards' button to get started. If you don't have a My TELUS account, there's a link right below that button to get you registered. Then you can start earning!

It's under the Telus Services category. I just used it a couple of days ago. Note that you can only redeem for Telus services credit once every 12 months.
December
Two things to consider:
1) when you log in again, is your points balance the same or does it reflect an updated balance less the points you spent earlier?
2) If cost of the gift card has been subtracted, click on the "Activity" tab along the Rewards navigation bar. You should see your purchase history there and a link to view the digital code. From there, you can access your egiftcard.

hi - I'd like to know why I am not receiving points for my TELUS Smart Home Security plan (I used to, but it now shows zero points and zero activity).

Telus closed the points program. Its part of their new "Terrible service and product at a ridiculously high price" program. They no longer care about their customers.

Just noticed that Telus has cancelled point rewards credits. Truly sucks! I've been a customer for 40 years and feel I've been punished for my loyalty! In my business I reward loyalty, Telus takes it for granted!

That really sucks.

I, too, have been a loyal Telus customer for over 20 years now, and I feel the same. They “expect” my loyalty to continue unabated, but give NOTHING in return. So sad.

Hi, I had 459.22 Telus Rewards points as of December 2023, and last week I was shocked to find out that the points have suddenly expired. If I had known about this, I would have cashed in the expiring points for rewards. I only found out about this when I got the March 13, 2025 note from Telus saying that Telus is improving the Rewards program, and that points worth 1 unit in the current plan will be worth 1,000 units starting May 1, 2025. Then, to see what my current point balance was, I logged on to my account, and was horrified to find out that I had well under 100 points, when I had 531.44 points as of my December 28, 2024 statement. Going back through my old bills, I now see (March 2025) that Telus said, in the fine print at the bottom of my December electronic bill, that the points were going to be expiring; but, honestly, who would be reading the fine print after 10-15 years of collecting points without interruption. I couldn’t find any letter or e-mail from Telus other than this. A change of this magnitude surely should have been highlighted to customers. Would I be able to get those 459.22 points reinstated? I have been a Telus customer for about 40 years … going back to BC Tel in the 1990s and in the 1980s with AGT in Alberta (both of which merged to form Telus). Thanks for your consideration.
