Help with bill

Hello I'm a long time customer. I got a bill for 1700$ I thought I had a calling plan, I did not on that phone, can you please help with this? thanks Does anyone know how to get help with this bill?

@mhawk  We are customers only on here so you will have to phone billing. You can try chat or other ways but a wait on line for billing i think is the best way. Try 310 8324 and select billing. Polecat
