When I log into 'my Telus web' account on my PC, it's showing two account numbers. The first one with 6 subscribers is mine and I have access to it. The other account number is ******ed out and I have no access to it or why it's even there. It even has a balance showing on it. If you have similar experience please advice.
When I log into my telus app I do not see the 2nd account number.
