ADC-V723 getting "Installation Failed" with details "Video device tests disconnected. Please make sure the device is powered on, connected to the internet and try again". I "rebooted" the device several times (got the white light) and was able to connect my iPhone to it, but when I try to connect it to my Rogers WiFi it gets to about 4% and then displays error installation failed. Camera has been working fine for about 3 or 4 years. I bought another one and it connects just fine, but the old one won't connect. Is there some way or somewhere to send it to determine if it can be fixed?

Hi @begwhite - sometimes with cameras it would be best to perform a factory reset on them instead of rebooting. On the SmartHome app, you can remove the non-working camera, factory reset the camera and then re-add it back to your equipment list once it is done.
Have you tried this step yet? If so, we might need to replace the camera altogether

Factory reset did it. Previously removed camera from account. Press and hold the button for 15 seconds until light flashes red and green, release button, allow for reboot, then press and hold button until white light and was able to re-add the camera to my account. Been working for a few hours now, so hoping that does it. Oh well I have two cameras now.

Glad this helped!
