Hello,
My home security (cameras, sensors, alarm ,etc) have not been functioning for 1.5 years ever since a power outage. The first time the alarm went off I received a check up/security call. No other calls were ever received for other false alarms nor when the system stopped working 1.5 years ago. I've called multiple times to cancel, as I'm now paying for nothing, and always end up waiting endless hours in both the French and English queues or this mystical "cancellation department". I have moved and no longer require these services and am on the verge of canelling all Telus services and file CRTC and BBB complaints.

I am having the same problem. I have moved and no longer need the Telus services in the old location. I have tried all possible methods of trying to cancel these services and nothing works
