A Telus representative called me a year ago, to sell me home security. After I found out at the end of the call we had to use a mobile app, I told the representative I did not want the service. No home security was installed in my house, there was zero security service. I didn’t realize for over a year I was being charged on my visa for a service that was cancelled. The Telus rep I spoke with today said, “you should have called sooner, there is no record it was cancelled and we will not reimburse you” I have been long a time customer and I am extremely disappointed.
