Hi everyone,
I tried to subscribe to public mobile and registered to the authentication of Eversafe. I was purchasing a SIM card yesterday but didn't go through with it. When I came back, I tried login in and my password is correct, I receive the code of Eversafe by email but when I enter it, it simply does not work.
Can someone help`?
Thanks,

Make sure the Eversafe email with the code is not in your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, emails from new or less recognized sources can get filtered there.

The problem is not that I don't receive the email. Is that the code in the email is incorrect according to the login...

Might this be better asked in the Public Mobile forums?

I am not sure as the authentification service is provided by telus.

@NFtoBC is correct - your best bet is to ask on the Public Mobile forum. While EverSafe is a TELUS branded feature, the implementation will not be universal across Neighbourhood and Public Mobile communities.
I'll be locking this topic as support is out of scope for it's members.
