How can I cancel my home security. I’ve had TELUS home security for a few years now so there shouldn’t be a big cancellation fee. Each time I call I’m put over to loyalty program then wait on hold for hours and hours. I waited nearly 3 hours once only to be disconnected and then have to start the whole process all over again!!! I’ve tried multiple times to cancel this service but the only way is to wait on hold for loyalty program so they can try and talk you out of it. There must be some other way other than waiting hours on hold?? TELUS has the worst customer service of any business I’ve ever dealt with!!!!!! Their apps don’t work, their customer service phone reps are all like robots…”I’m so sorry you went through that”…
