Hey @TELUS_Support. I cancelled my home security and returned both the camera and the control panel in the same box in a single waybill, because I didn't realize I was supposed to return the equipment using different waybills. Now I started getting messages saying I didn't return the camera. I don't have the equipment anymore but I have the proof of delivery of the single waybill. Someone at Telus should have registered the returned equipment. What should I do now?
