Hi
I've got charged for 3 months with an additional "Security system maintenance fee" however I'm still under a 5-year fixed price contract (includes the cost of the equipment).
The contract says clearly that the service fees are fixed during the lenght of the contract (March 2026).
I tried to get the customer service but it is always closed when I try to contact them out of my working hours.
Any other mean to contact Telus?
