Does anyone answer the phones....

It seems like if you want to make changes to ANY other product, you can do it via the online chat bot/live agent. Home security it seems has to be done by calling the call center. Which would be fine, if someone would answer the phone.....

 

Has anyone found a time of day that is better to get ahold of someone, or am I destined to spend all day on hold???

2 hours and counting... Middle of the afternoon made no difference

5 hours 45 minutes on hold. It was a TELUS callback also? 

 

Gave up at 8.30 PDT.

Two calls to Billing / Accounting yesterday mid afternoon.  Total of 4hrs 30 min on hold and calls were never answered.  Tried a Chat as well but useless.

Called at 2:10pm and was on hold for 2 hrs 17 min before someone answered and she was 100% useless.  Asked to be transferred to the Loyalty Dept. and was put on hold for another 1 hr 37 min.   2:10pm here in Canada is 2:10am in the Philippines, I guess they are still all asleep over there.

I tried again today. 11:15MDT for anyone interested.

I'm assuming my login was used for some kind of VIP treatment. This time they picked up the phone straight away. That or some executive saw my wait time on a report and decided to do something about the wait times. My problem was solved quickly and within reason; as always, which is the reason I keep putting up with the crazy.
