My outdoor front camera is not working. There is no internet issue. I cannot see any lights on the camera that shows it is switched off. Somehow it is not getting to the power source.
I checked the power connection, it is working fine. Seems like i got old camera from Telus service and it is now turned off. It is not working just after 4 months of installation.
What can be done to resolve? Telus customer support denied to help in this.
