App connection problems right away, no option to share access to cams between roommates, doorbell doesnt ring on one side of the house, notifications through the app are delayed and deliveries have left by the time I'm notified and now one camera completely does not work and we cannot reconnect it because system thinks its still connected.
Account owner received a reply from telus stating "Site already has an existing doorbell camera (maximum of one doorbell camera per home is allowed)". If only one doorbell camera per home is allowed then why did they knowingly sell him two??
