Utility Box Wrap Request

CR_GrandMah
Neighbour

Hi,

We have a Telus box outside of our building (#2032 in Campbell River on the 300 block of S. Island Hwy) that we would like to custom wrap. I understand that Telus doesn't have a cabinet/utility box wrap program, but if we paid for the wrap design, production and installation, would Telus be amenable to letting us do this? We would work with Telus to ensure that the design is acceptable and approved.

Thanks!

@dru @A-B hi team, sorry, not sure how to create a new thread. Hoping to get assistance with a wrap in Vancouver at Crown & 14th Avenue. Thanks!

Hey there! Can you send us a private message along with an image of the box?

It appears that you have a pedestal in your front yard next to the town sidewalk. That's not the full size boxes that typically get wrapped.

Nighthawk is correct in that there's no wrapping options for smaller pedestals. One option you do have is to visit www.telus.com/status and from there, click on the green 'Report an outage' button on the right hand side. At the next screen, select the right hand button that again says 'Report an outage'. That'll take you to a quick form you can fill out. Select the box for 'TELUS cabinet or pedestal damage' and fill out the location, your info, etc. That goes to our field team to investigate. They may deem it necessary to replace the cover.
