Why do I constantly have to call Telus back..

Every month there’s a mistake of some kind.  Every time I contact Customer Service or Support, the rep, where ever in the world they are, make my changes, we agree on the changes, but the very next month I’m billed without that current mistake being corrected.  This is getting ridiculous and getting worse.  I’m about ready to change.  Oh ya, Pause Rewind, Fast Forward seldom is a working function as advertised…  As Telus gets bigger the Service is getting worse.:canada:

I'm having the exact same issues as you.  I have to call them nearly every single month to get my billing fixed.  Every single month is a different billed amount and usually an increase.  Telus service agreements mean absolutely nothing to them.  Wasted so many hours on the phone calling them and being on hold forever.  Seriously considering moving back to Rogers/Shaw.
