I have been seeing shows that are recording even though I did not schedule them. There are rented and purchased shows appearing without my permission. What would cause this?

Possibly someone else who has access to your PVR has ordered/recorded them.

No, they would need to be able to access your TV and remote.

There is a possibility another account’s actions are being billed to your account. If it recurs, I suggest escalating it.
