Just needed a simple replacement (Carbon monoxide detector), then 4 attempts, all 35 minutes or longer to get a resolution, no one can get anything done and impossible to cancel this **** home service.
the impossibility of having someone actually answer the phone and solve a simple problem has driven me away from Telus....your customer support is one of the worst i have ever experienced
I have been on hold 4 times, a minimum of 45 minutes each time...absolutely brutal and time wasting experience I just want to cancel effective immediately
