Just needed a simple replacement (Carbon monoxide detector), then 4 attempts, all 35 minutes or longer to get a resolution, no one can get anything done and impossible to cancel this **** home service.

I have been on hold 4 times, a minimum of 45 minutes each time...absolutely brutal and time wasting experience

Same issue here. All I want is a replacement CO detector. Phoned last night - waited 30 minutes to speak to a person, and then was passed to three further departments, with each transition taking at least 15 minutes. No-one could help and then finally they hung up. I don't have two hours in an evening to sort out a simple fix. I will do without a CO detector from now on.

the impossibility of having someone actually answer the phone and solve a simple problem has driven me away from Telus....your customer support is one of the worst i have ever experienced
