After two hours on hold, was told that I would be connected back to Loyalty withing a few minutes - reached the prompt: "let us find a team member that can help you"So maybe back to the beginning of the line?

 

I was on hold for 1 hr 7 minutes - also connected, put on mute, then they hung up
