These problems are new, I mean I have a business phone system that has no problems. But I did not get it from a reseller many complain about. I did get it without seeing and approving contract. Things sure have changed in 13 years.
Even the conversion to the TelusTV, internet and home phone went smoother than recent complaints.
Telus needs to bring back local workers and abandon resellers.

While some financing programs allow customers to finance the upfront taxes (like vehicle purchases), interest is typically charged on that amount. TELUS Easy Payment is a 0% interest program with no fees to participate, but we are required to collect and remit the tax in the same month the device was purchased — that’s why the tax payment is charged upfront. Those charges are valid and will not be reversed. That said, we’d like to take a closer look at the late payment charges and see how we can help. Please send us a private message with your account details, and we’ll be happy to review this for you.

We have had the same problem for the last three months. We went through the CRO office, and Telus still won't budge. They scammed us $700, but our phone plan is over 10k a year. This is the last contract they get with any of our companies. It's ridiculous to be treated this way by some employee from overseas after 20+ years of being a loyal customer. Regine Lita is the employee who scammed us
