We were without internet for a week. Although we signed up for progress alerts, we received none. Our internet service is now back, but spotty. We've called the customer support line three times over the last week to get updates or to see about our billing; It has taken us, on average, three hours per call (at least two of those on hold) to speak to a human being to find out that "Technicians are working on it". Customer service has been horrible. We FINALLY got through to someone in a deeply foreign country who told us we'd get a refund of $20 in compensation. They THEN tried to upsell us for a half hour. On top of that, our bill increases by the month for worse and worse service, both phone and internet. Unbelievable. Horrible, horrible service with wretched customer care. This is what monopolies produce, I guess. If anyone has any ideas of who to switch to, I'd appreciate them.
