My account number is -1 in confirmation email

My Service installation comes tomorrow and its supposed I need to be logged into the app before that but when I checked my account in the confirmation email, its -1! Also my Postal Code is wrong same as my Last name spelling even when I spelled everything on the phone. Not a good first impression so far.
