Our Landline started having issues with static in early June 2025 and completely failed around June 9th. After 45 minutes of dealing with Telus phone Bots, we were able to get with an Agent who scheduled the first available appointment for JULY 9th! a whole month from the date of the failure. We followed-up later in June, confirmed that we had a service ticket # and waited... Today, we expected a Call or SMS text from the technician, but nothing.
So we deal the Bots again, hang-up in frustration, try again, and finally get through to an Agent only to find out that our repair has been Cancelled by the User. No Notice, No Nothing! Just 'Cancelled'!! Now they tell us the next available appointment is August 9th. Incredible! What the hell is wrong with Telus Support??

Our landline failed on June 9th, and despite confirming a service ticket with Telus, no technician showed or contacted us for the scheduled July 9th appointment.
