I'm interested in upgrading my internet plan to one that's offered under "my offers" through the my Telus account app. I decided to call customer service to get more details on the plan. The customer service rep said these offers are for new customers only. I asked why are offers being showed under the "my offers" section yet I can't get them. Is there something I am missing here? Anyone else come across this issue before? Thanks.

That's definitely odd. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that shows you the correct offers?

It shows the same offers when I log into my account on a computer as well. I can select the offer on my account and start the check out process.
