Apple Vision Pro

Hello, I just purchased an Apple Vision Pro and tried downloading the Telus TV app. App works but I’m having issue logging in to my Telus account. I’m getting a server error when I try. Is there something Telus needs to do on their side?

Day 2 No Internet

180 block, Victoria Street West, Kamloops BC, Internet was down yesterday we notified Telus Now today aswell. Neighbors say they are down also so it's not just me. Sign .. might have to switch providers for home and my business this is absurd.

I request for new modem last week but still hv not recieved it yet ! As currently i hv old version of modem and it has slow speed i request to replace with new one but still hv not got my modem yet

How to view my Pik5 selections?

I have the "Basics + Pik5" package. As far as I can see, I do not have 5 channels selected. How do I view my 5 selected channels? When I try adding channels, it increases my cost.
