tech mixed up fiber install -- what to do?

Hi all, I've been on the PureFibre X Internet 3G plan for a while now, I just realized that my fiber service is only GPON though (and has been for a long time since the initial install visit), whereas my plan requires that my service be XGS-PON. During the install I think I remember the technician saying he was going out to the neighborhood fiber cabinet to switch me over to XGS-PON (the previous subscriber at my address must have been on a GPON service), but he must have never actually made the switch. Any advice on how I can get my service switched over to match my billing plan?

 

I'm a bit worried since it's been such a long time since the initial install (like 20 months).

Okay @TELUS_Support thank you. I haven't seen any private messages come though, should I have seen one by now?

 

Also, I'm not sure if the picture I attached of my transceiver module made it through in my original post or not, so here it is again, attached in a different way, in case that's helpful for a tech who might come to inspect my hardware (I hope it's pretty clearly not the correct transceiver for the PureFibre X Internet 3G plan I'm on😞
