I haven't had internet for the past seven days. I called customer service twice, and they said that there is an outage in the area where I live and they have no estimated time of when the problem will be fixed. I'm trying to be understanding about this, but after seven days and no concrete response about when the problem will be fixed, I'm starting to get annoyed. Does anyone know if these days without service are deducted from the monthly bill? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
