I would like to make an appreciation post for telus agent Kenneth from Philippines. We were having problems with our internet and telus tv for 2 months. I had initially spoke to a different agent first, and that person was worse than unhelpful. They had told us they would get back in a few days and never did. We called again after a month of waiting and we fortunately got agent Kenneth, and he was above and beyond. He listened to me and quickly identified the problem, and proceeded to tell us how to solve it and was quickly solved. He found an error from our telus tv, that was also fixed that same day. He told us he would call us, and not only did he call that day, but also the next day to follow up that all services were functioning properly. I only wish we'd had gotten him earlier. He also managed to give us compensation for loss of service for almost 2 months. I didn't know where to give a review or survey, so I found this place. One of the best customer service I've had in a long while.
