I signed up for a Telus contract today, but the agent forgot to mention the bundled cost of the Homeview security contract that I did not agree to. I now want to cancel the service, but I have been on hold for two hours getting transferred by multiple agents. I need help with cancelling my Homeview security contract. If it's not possible to only cancel the Homeview Security contract, then allow me to cancel my entire contract with Telus. This is absurd how I need to be transferred many times to be put on hold for multiple hours with no solution.
