If you're looking for support, you'll actually want to contact technical support directly. Mobility support typically isn't on the forums here. Unless someone else on here has the same device as you and wants to share their experiences, you may not be able to get an answer.
Judging by some of the other posts elsewhere online, Samsung is quite delayed in releasing the update in quite a few countries including Canada.
