Mobility for Good for Seniors

Hello,

 

I am currently enrolled in the Mobility for Good for Seniors program and pay $25 per month for my phone. My wife is 65 now and I want to enroll in this program, but no matter how much I look it up on the site, I don't see anything like that. Please let me know what to do. I don't know how to create a new account.
