Overcharged and Scammed by Telus

Telus has been overcharging me every month and added a random new phone number to my bills. I have called for 2 hours yesterday only for the agent to hang up on me. I am feeling so helpless and don't know how to deal with this company anymore... HELP!

Hello, i have called, i have tried pming you but nothing works..

 

I am writing to urgently dispute several incorrect charges on my TELUS Mobility account (Account #: 43471119) for the billing period of January to April 2025.

 

I currently only use the following two phone numbers under my account:

 

778-686-1870

 

778-895-6686

:cross_mark: Charges for Numbers I Do Not Own:

 

Month Number Charge

Jan 778-792-2658 $59.73

Feb 778-791-2378 $63.47

Feb 778-792-2658 (refund) -$52.27

 

Total Incorrect Charges: $70.93

 

Other Charges Caused by the Overbilling:

 

Late Payment Fees: $3.80 (Jan), $7.17 (Feb), $4.61 (Mar), $8.00 (Apr) → Total: $23.58

 

Reconnection Fee: $50.00 (Mar)

 

I kindly ask you to:

 

Immediately remove all unauthorized numbers from my account.

 

Refund $70.93 for the mistaken service charges.

 

Refund $73.58 in penalties related to late fees and reconnection.

 

Please confirm once these adjustments are processed or let me know if further documentation is required.

Lol Telus is so bad. I deeply regret signing up. I’ve just found out they’ve been overcharging me as well. Even if you walk into a store, they can’t help you now. Everything is done overseas and they lie or “make mistakes”. Someone in a call centre probably signed you up for additional lines to get a bonus.
