Hey I just upgraded my contract and got a new Motorola razr 2025, I can’t seem to get rcs messaging to work. I’ve tried resetting and clearing caches but still no luck. Any ideas on what to try next?

Is RCS chats enabled in the Messages settings?

yes we do. We’ve tried almost every forum we could so far

There are a number of things to check:
- That the originator and recipient of the message have compatible phones and updated software.
- If there are outages in the area of either the originator and recipient.
- Are normal messages able to be sent.
Have you checked all of these as well?
