Email to txt-sms

Hello,

I've read a couple of these post on the forum, but couldn't find a solution. I've recently switch from Bell to Telus. I was sending some mail to my cell phone before without issues, but it doesn't seems to work now.

I'm able with my gmail account, but with Outlook or with an application we use at the office I receive nothing and Outlook doesn't give any warning or failure.... What could be the issue. Again with gmail it works fine.

Hello Proulxrs, it's really hard to tell what's the issue if the service works for an email provider and not the other. It may be a setting issue with Outlook or the application you use at work, maybe a filter. Did you do a Google search about it?

Hello, yes i did some research, most of them seems to point out the carrier/provider... The mail to txt from gmail work either with Bell and Telus. From outlook with a professional mail account it was working with Bell, but with Telus I don't receive a txt (I've got no alarm/warning notification in outlook though). From our other application it was also working with Bell, but nothing with Telus... Thanks,
