Anybody having issues logging into the My Telus iOS app?
Seems it logged me out automatically and now can’t log back in. Keep telling me my username/password is incorrect. However, I am able to sign in to my account on the web using the same username/password.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and rebooting my phone with no success. Anyone else have the same issue?

Turn off any VPN on your phone. An active VPN will trigger that message.

There was a memo on My Telus that said they are working on the systems this week. Not sure if that is affecting OP.
